Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all content planning, delivery, and execution across key social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest

  • Bring creativity to our social media accounts, maximising engagement with our dedicated followers and growing our following with high-quality content

  • Work effectively alongside senior management, our internal creative and software development team, Salesforce integration specialists and external Digital Marketing Agencies

  • With your team, build highly innovative and inherently social campaigns for all key projects, which are insight-led and resonate with target audience & community, driving reach and engagement

  • Liaise with our Salesforce integration partner and external Digital Media Agencies to help create effective marketing strategies for successful engagement

  • Regularly engage with our community by maximising engagement through polls, interactive content and other forms of engagement

  • Regular analysis of our profile to identify its strengths and weaknesses

  • Creating blog content and promoting via social media

  • Producing high-quality photo and video content to show our projects in the best light and help maximise customer engagement

  • Respond to customer service emails/Instagram messages

  • Take ownership in defining and delivering an appropriate and dynamic social media strategy for the brand

  • Deliver high-quality social media content (paid and unpaid) to stimulate positive brand awareness and create engagement across all social platforms

  • Engage  with and react to customers, followers, influencers, brands, trends and competitors across all channels to increase brands digital visibility and following

  • Identify trends and insights

Core requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Social Media & Marketing Specialist or similar role in an agency or in-house

  • Excellent writing skills including copywriting and proofreading

  • Strong interest in and understanding of the digital media landscape

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal following across social media outlets by generating unique and relevant content.

  • In-depth experience and knowledge of a broad range of social tools (such as Social Bakers, Facebook Creator Studio and Pulsar)

  • A strategic and analytical thinker that can interpret numbers and data into actionable insights and learnings

  • Experience using social media management tools to write performance reports

  • Build close relationships through daily communication/weekly calls

  • Confident in presenting to senior leadership on campaign plans and results

  • Experience with Salesforce Customer Journey Mapping or similar

  • Facebook Ads/Lead generation knowledge

  • Experience of audience and buyer persona research

  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs

  • Creative, outside the box, thinker
